HALO OLIGO C18 is a new phase from Advanced Materials Technology (AMT). This phase is based on the well-known fused-core technology and has an orragno-silane modified surface for stability at high pH values. Furthermore, this phase is packed in passivated column hardware to prevent adsorption of the analytes on the stainless steel surface. With a pore size of 120Å, HALO OLIGO C18 is suitable for oligonucleotides with up to 60 bases. Due to its high pH and temperature stability, it is ideally suited to the conditions of oligonucleotide analyses.
