Porasil - µPorasil

Porasil™ and µPorasil™ columns, manufactured by Waters™, were one of the first commercially available fully porous packing materials used for LC separations. In contrast to the reversed-phase separation ability of μBondapak C₁₈, the non-bonded, silica-based material in μPorasil Columns was produced to provide normalphase separations for a wide array of sample types. The base silica is irregular shaped.
