Shim-pack IC columns are ion chromatography columns. They can be distinguished into suppressor IC and non-suppressor IC.
Shim-pack IC-A1: inorganic anions, compatible with acid or basic mobile phase
Shim-pack IC-A3: outstanding separation of inorganic anions and acidic ions
Shim-pack IC-C1: cations such as alkaline metal ions, alkali earth metal ions, transition metal ions, rare earth metal ions and alkyl amines
Shim-pack IC-C4: simultaneous analysis of alkali metal ions and alkaline earth metal ions
Shim-pack IC-SA2: fluoride ions, chloride ions, nitrite ions, bromide ions, nitrate ions, phosphate ions and sulfuric acid ions
Shim-pack IC-SA3: high resolution analysis of fluoride ions, chloride ions, nitrous acid ions, bromide ions, nitric acid ions, phosphate ions, sulfuric acid ions, chlorous acid ions, chloric acid ions and bromic acid ions
Shim-pack IC-SC1: can also be used in non-suppressor IC for water quality analysis.
