SRT-C, Zenix-C and Unix-C columns are silica based columns. Like the SRT, Zenix and Unix phases, the SRT-C, Zenix-C and Unix-C particles are coated with an uniform, hydrophilic and neutral film. However, this monolayer is a lay-down layer instead of a stand-up monolayer.
This is ideal for the separation of all biological samples types including challenging hydrophobic samples like antibody drug conjugates (ADCs), hydrophobic mAb and its fragments, bispecific mAbs (BsMAbs), PEGylated proteins, glycoproteins, fusion proteins, membrane proteins and oligonucleotides.
