What are the advantages of the SUPERIOREX II ODS from Osaka Soda?

High reproducibility in terms of retention time and peak shape: highly recommended for everyday analysis such like quality control.

  • Higher loading capacity than SUPERIOREX ODS and CAPCELL PAK C18 MGII.
  • Higher resolution with larger sample amounts achievable.
  • High plane recognition capability helps e.g. in the effective separation of aromatic isomers.

When do you benefit from the SUPERIOREX II ODS?

If you get inadequate separation with a low carbon C18 column, this can be improved by the SUPERIOREX II ODS. For example, the resolution between Vitamin D2 and D3 can be increased by the SUPERIOREXII ODS using the same method.

Do columns with a high carbon content show only poor peak shapes, you can remedy this with the SUPERIOREX II ODS. An example is the separation of flavonoids. Here, a better peak shape can be obtained with the same method.

Conclusion: Osaka Soda's SUPERIOREX II ODS can increase the resolution of difficult separations using the same method and improve peak shapes.
