Hydrosphere™ (U)HPLC columns from YMC™ are special octadecyl-modified phases for the separation of polar analytes, that requires highly aqueous mobile phase conditions. The columns are compatible with up to 100% aqueous mobile phases without collapse of the C18 chains, resulting in reproducible and consistent results. The base material is a high-purity, spherical silica gel. YMC-Ultra HT Hydrosphere is a UHPLC phase for ultra-fast and efficient separations of polar compounds.
