BioResolve columns from Waters are HPLC and UHPLC columns for the analysis of biomolecules and in particular mAb-based and related biotherapeutics. Three different modifications are available for different applications:
 

  • BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl: Polyphenyl modification for reversed-phase chromatography; material based on fused-core technology; for the analysis of intact and IdeS-digested mAbs
  • BioResolve SCX mAb: cation exchange modification; material is non-porous polymer according to L34; for the analysis of antibody charge variants
  • BioResolve SEC mAb : size exclusion modification; fully porous hybrid material; for the analysis of mAb aggregates (HMWS), monomers and fragments (LMWS)
