DNAPac™ PA100

  • 13 µm pellicular, 55% crosslinked, non-porous polymer with quaternary ammonium functionalized latex Microbeads
  • Achieve n, n‒1 resolution for oligonucleotides
  • Resolve oligonucleotides with seconary structures
  • Stable under denaturating conditions
  • Anion-Exchange-Capacity: 40 µeq/column (for 250x4.0 mm column)
