SIELC / Cannsep

Cannsep

####MAGENTO-BREADCRUMBS####

Cannsep columns from Sielc are special columns for analysing cannabis samples. Three different phases are available that separate all cannabinoids and have different selectivities and thus orthogonality. The phases are all based on the reverse phase, whereby Cannsep A has additional negatively charged groups on the surface and therefore has an ion exclusion mechanism. The Cannsep B phase contains positively charged groups in addition to the reversed phase. This results in an ion exchange mechanism with the cannabinoids. Cannsep C, on the other hand, only has typical C18 groups with an endcapping to separate neutral and azide components in particular.
