Monomix columns from Sepax include various modifications for special applications. All phases are based on polymers.

 

With the Monomix Aminodiol and the dT20 Affinity, two modifications are available for affinity chromatography.

 

The Monomix Core Phase is a core-shell material based on polymers. Various surface modifications and a special pore structure make different interactions possible.

 

Monomix H2P SAX is a special phase for the determination of surfactants.

 

Monomix IEX includes various modifications for anion and cation exchange chromatography.

 

Monomix Mab60-SP is a material with a pore size of 1000Å and cation exchange functionalisation. Therefore this material is suitable for the analysis of antibodies, vaccines, insulin, proteins, nucleic acids and heparin.

 

Monomix MC-HIC are phases for hydrophobic intercation chromatography. Various modifications are available for different selectivities.

 

MonomixSEC are materials for size exclusion chromatography. The phases are compatible with many common organic solvents and aqueous buffers.
