Raptor® (U)HPLC columns, manufactured by Restek™ are based on Core-Shell (Fused-Core™) technology. The silica-based stationary phases consist of a non-porous core and an porous outer layer, that provides fast separations without excessive backpressure. Raptor ® columns are available with different modifications. The particle sizes are 1.8, 2.7 and 5 μm.
Raptor® ARC-18 is an octadecyl-modified phase for LC/MS at low pH conditions.
Raptor® EtG/EtS is an application specific HPLC column for the analysis of Ethyl glucoronide (EtG) and ethyl sulfate (EtS).
Raptor® Polar X is a column which has both HILIC and ion exchange properties. When a low water content phase is used, the HILIC mechanism is predominant and when a high water content phase content is used, ion exchange is the predominant mechanism.
