Pirkle-type Phases

Pikle-type phases (alternatively called brush-type) are an exclusive series of chiral phases developed by Regis Technologies in co-operation with Prof. William Pirkle. They offer long-lasting alternatives to polysaccharide phases with different selectivity and have  a high loading capacity. All modifications are available in both enantiomeric forms, allowing for an inversion of the elution order. Pirkle-type phases are compatible with a wide range of mobile phases and can therefore be used in normal phase, reversed phase and supercritical fluid chromatography.
