AZYP Chiral Phases from Regis Technologies comprise several core-shell materials with a particle size of 2.7 µm for rapid enantiomer separation. The materials are based on an impermeable silica core coated with a porous layer. The resulting diffusion behaviour ensures short analysis times at low back pressure. Further advantages are high sensitivity, good resolution and compatibility with a wide range of solvents from normal phase, reversed phase and supercritical fluid chromatography. AZYP phases are available with different chiral modifications, each of which is optimised for specific substance groups.
