Kromasil 1.8, 2.5 are the classic Kromasil materials with a smaller particle size of 1.8 and 2.5 µm. The phases are therefore suitable for UHPLC and show identical selectivity to Kromasil Classic with larger particles. This means that methods can be developed in UHPLC and easily scaled up to preparative dimensions.
