DNACore columns from NanoChrom have been specially developed for the high-resolution separation of oligonucleotides, including mRNA and plasmids. These columns are based on monodisperse particles and special column chemistry, resulting in high resolution, ideal selectivity and good stability. Various columns for reverse phase, ion exchange and size exclusion chromatography are available for analysis.
