The PerfectSil™ product range from MZ-Analysentechnik GmbH includes many high-quality HPLC columns for demanding and reproducible separations. The base material is a high-purity, spherical silica gel, which is available with a wide range of different modifications. The columns can also be used for LC-MS applications due to their low phase bleed.
PerfectSil™ columns are available with different pore sizes. An average pore size of 100 Å or 120 Å for PerfectSil 100 or PerfectSil 120 is suitable for analytes ≤ 2 to 5 kDa.
PerfectSil™ 300 are different wide-pore phases for HPLC that have been specially developed with a pore size of 300 Å for analysing larger biomolecules. The PerfectSil™ 300 HPLC columns are used worldwide for analysing peptides, proteins and antibodies. They are also an excellent alternative for Grace Vydac TP columns. Whether 218TP C18, 208TP C8 or 214TP C4, ask for the right alternative.
