Uptisphere Strategy UHPLC columns provide high throughput and high resolution. Due to a revolutionary packing process and the cylindrical pore structure of the silica gel, Uptisphere Strategy phases show an enhanced performance with low backpressure.

Uptisphere Strategy C18-2: Is a standard C18 column for mid to non-polar compounds.
Uptisphere Strategy NEC: Is a C18 column especially for the retention of polar to mid polar compounds.
Uptisphere Strategy PLP: This phase is suitable for highly aqueous mobile phases and especially for basic and polar analytes.
Uptisphere Strategy PRO: Shows the same selectivity as Uptisphere Strategy C18-2 but with lower retention.
Uptisphere Strategy RPX: Is suitable for mid and non-polar components. The retention is lower in comparison to the Uptisphere Strategy C18-2.
Uptisphere Strategy HILIC: This HILIC phase is ideal for highly polar and basic compounds that are not retarded by the reversed phase.
Uptisphere Strategy SI: For non-ionic, polar organic compounds.
Uptisphere Strategy NH2: This phase is suitable for carbohydrates, polar organic compounds and organic acids.
