The new HPLC-column Intrada Organic Acid manufactured by Imtakt, has been developed for the determination of organic acids exclusively for LC-MS applications. A specially modified silica gel size of 3 µm serves as stationary phase, exhibiting excellent selectivities for organic acids and other anions. Possible are full general organic acid screens within 10min as well as one-minute analyses on high-throughput columns. Zwitter ions such as amino acids or peptides are not applicable.
The Intrada Organic Acid is available in six different lengths ranging between 30 and 250 mm and an internal diameter of 2 mm.
