Amaze SC

  • substituted alkyl chains with several polar embedded groups (reverse phase and cation exchange)
  • acidic fragments on the ligand interact strongly with basic analytes
  • compatible with 100% water and 100% acetonitrile

Amaze TR

  • C18 chains with acidic and basic groups on the surface (reverse phase, cation and anion exchange)
  • large capacity for neutral, acidic and basic components
  • compatible with 100% water and 100% organic mobile phases

Amaze QR

  • hydrophobic chains, aromatic fragments, acidic and basic groups (reverse phase, π-π interaction, cation and anion exchange)
  • Can separate components that are only slightly different

Amaze TH

  • HILILC, cation and anion exchange
  • Separates polar neutral, polar acidic, polar basic, hydrophobic acidic and hydrophobic basic components in one run
  • Strength of the acidic and basic groups can be adjusted via the pH value

Amaze HD

  • polymeric ligand with strong hydrogen donor and strong acidic groups (cation exchange and hydrogen bonding)
  • can be used in normal phase, HILIC or cation exchange mode, depending on the mobile phase
  • alternative selectivity compared to traditional reversed phase and HILIC columns

Amaze HA

  • polymeric ligand with strong hydrogen acceptor and strong basic groups (anion exchange and hydrogen bonding)
  • can be used in normal phase, HILIC or anion exchange mode, depending on the mobile phase
  • alternative selectivity compared to traditional reversed phase and HILIC columns

Amaze PFP

  • long alkyl chains with a polyfluorinated aromatic ring at the end and several polar embedded groups (π-π interaction and dipole-dipole interaction)
  • Separates structural isomers from aromatic compounds

Amaze AR

  • long alkyl chains with an aromatic ring at the end and several polar embedded groups (π-ππ interaction and dipole-dipole interaction)
  • Separates structural isomers from aromatic compounds

Amaze SPF

  • long alkyl chains with two polyflurinated aromatic rings as a "sandwich" ligand and multiple polar embedded groups
  • unique selectivity compared to single ring columns
  • Separation based on specific π-π interactions

Amaze MH

  • trimodal HILIC mixed-mode phase with HILIC, cation and anion exchange properties (azide group pka4, basic groups pka 11)
  • for the separation of a variety of different compounds (polar metabolites, amino acids, organic and inorganic acids, basic and azide drugs, environmental pollutants, sugars and structural isomers)

Amaze RP A1/RP A2

  • hydrophobic chain with polar embedding group and azide groups near the surface (pka 1/pka 2)
  • Separation takes place via reversed phase, cation exchange and anion exclusion
  • separates amino acids, hydrophilic neutral and hydrophobic acidic compounds, inorganic cations, hydrophilic basic compounds, basic drugs, hydrophobic anionic counterions and structural isomers

Amaze RP A3

  • hydrophobic chain with polar embedding group and azide groups near the surface (pka 3)
  • Separation occurs via reversed phase, cation exchange, anion exclusion and chelation
  • due to a slightly different ligand, weak chelating effects can also be observed, which is favourable for the separation of primary amines and inorganic cations

Amaze WB

  • hydrophobic chain with weakly basic polar embedded groups
  • Reversed phase, weak anion exchange and cation exclusion
  • Separation of hydrophobic drugs and acidic counterions, hydrophobic neutral and hydrophobic weakly acidic compounds, basic polymers, strong inorganic and organic acids

Amaze IB

  • hydrophobic chain with medium to weak basic polar groups (pka 9)
  • Reversed phase, medium anion exchange and cation exclusion
  • Separation of hydrophobic drugs and acidic counterions, hydrophobic neutral and hydrophobic weakly acidic compounds, basic polymers, strong and weak inorganic and organic acids

Amaze RP SA

  • hydrophobic chain with acidic embedded groups downstream of the surface (pka 0)
  • Separation takes place via reversed phase, cation exchange and anion exclusion
  • Separates amino acids, hydrophilic neutral and hydrophobic acidic compounds, inorganic cations, hydrophilic basic compounds, basic drugs, hydrophobic anionic counterions and structural isomers

Amaze RP AB

  • hydrophobic chain with basic and acidic groups on the surface (pka 1.5 and pka 10)
  • Reversed phase, cation and anion exchange
  • basic and acidic drugs and corresponding counterions, organic and inorganic cations and anions
