ProElut is a brand of Dikma that consists of classic SPE cartridges, QuEChERS and Liquid-Liquid extraction products (LLE+).
ProElut SPE cartridges are available in various modifications and base materials. With this wide range of different products, a suitable ProElut SPE cartridge can be found for almost any separation problem.
ProElut QuEChERS are common QuEChERS kits for the original, AOAC and EN method. They are available with different weights to fit sample preparation requirements.
ProElut LLE+ is a product for liquid-liquid extraction. Therefore, an aqueous sample is applied to the sorbent and the sample distributes as a thin film over the stationary phase. An organic solvent that is non-miscible with water can now be used to elute the sample. The lipophilic substances are extracted from the aqueous phase into the organic phase. The aqueous phase stays on the stationary phase and the organic phase can be collected.
