ChiralCE columns consist of immobilzed cellulose on a silica surface. Several different group-substituted celluloses have been bound to the surface. Because of this, the ChiralCE can be used under multiple modes of mobile phase conditions (UHPLC, HPLC and SFC). Compared to other cellulose columns, the bonding density is higher, which results in a different and sometimes better chiral separation.
