ChiralAMCE columns are the first type of chemically modified amylose appended cellulose-bonded (AMCE) silica particles for chiral separation. The particles contain a unique complex chiral selector with two recognition moieties: amylose and cellulose. Compared to other columns with only one of these chiral selectors, ChiralAMCE can resolve more chiral compounds.
