Agilent Technologies™ is the manufacturer of the well-known Zorbax® (U)HPLC columns. The original Zorbax® phases are based on spherical Type A silica. All other Zorbax® phases are based on high purity spherical silica gel. The columns are available in a wide variety of modifications, particle‒ and pore sizes for many different analyses.
Zorbax® StableBond (SB) show long column lifetime and superior reproducibility for low pH separations (down to pH=1). The stable column chemistry allows use at high temperatures. Six different bonded phases provide broad selectivity.
Zorbax® 300StableBond (300SB) are wide-pore (300 Å) phases for peptide and protein separations.
Zorbax® Eclipse Plus offer high level of performance - peak shape, efficiency, resolution and lifetime - with all sample types: acids, bases and neutrals. The columns are well-suited for method development and show superior reproducibility. Eclipse Plus PAH is an application specific HPLC columns for the analysis of polyaromatic hydrocarbons (PAH´s).
Zorbax® Eclipse XBD offer four selectivity choices for method development optimization. The columns show good peak shape for basic, acidic and neutral compounds and provide long lifetime, due to eXtra Dense Bonding (XDB) technology and double endcapping.
