The Pursuit columns from Agilent are specially designed columns for the drug discovery research and drug metabolism. The phases consist of ultra pure silica gel and are applicable at pH values from 1.5 to 10 due to an advanced bonding technology.
Pursuit XRs columns exhibit with the smaller pore size and the resulting higher surface area an enhanced maximum loading. As a result, the productivity can be increased.
Pursuit XRs Ultra columns are packed using a new developed technique. This results in lower back pressure, which allows for higher flow rates. The 2.8 μm particles also have 10-15% higher efficiency than 3 μm columns.
