From now until 30.09.2024 you will receive a 40% introductory discount on all HALO PCS columns.
The HALO PCS series is a new addition to the HALO product lines. This new phase has a positively charged surface (PCS) to provide a better peak shape for basic compounds. This positively charged surface is based on the well-known fused-core technology from AMT (Advanced Materials Technology). The PCS product line is available with the modifications C18 in 90 and 160Å as well as with phenyl-hexyl in 90Å.

As shown in this basic drug screening with antidepressants, the HALO® Fused-Core® PCS technology tolerates a higher sample loading with basic substances compared to the competitor's fully porous C18 column. The positively charged surface (PCS) stationary phase is ideal for basic analytes when using low ionic strength mobile phases such as formic acid.
